1) Why are your machines more expensive than the others in Shopee
We cannot speak for other shops but we can assure you that ours are of good quality. Please refer to our ratings, we import directly from the manufacturers. Our clients have described ours as heavy duty. They have also mentioned that ones theyve ordered from other shops were surprisingly a lot smaller than ours

2) Will you bubblewrap my order
We TRIPLE bubblewrap our machines from the inside out! We also bubblewrap the bottled scents. We use high quality bubblewrap and fragile stickers to ensure safe receipt to our clients

3) Can you check my machine to make sure its working
Not to worry, we perform quality checking of our machines before packing

4) How much of the scent should I use
All of our scents are bottled in glass amber bottles with plugs and a cap. We recommend 1 cap full, but our clients have said that 1/2 cap is more than enough

5) How do I clean the machine
There is an English manual included in your order. You may clean the water bowl under running water with soap. For the top where the motor is, please clean and wipe using a damp cloth

6) How often should I clean the machine
Clean and change water atleast 1x a week or when the water is visibly dirty (whichever comes first) to avoid overheating of motor

7) Is there a warranty
15 Days replacement warranty. Please be guided that the warranty is VOID if the machine is damaged due to neglect (not cleaning properly)

8) How can I thoroughly clean the machine
Please request walkthrough tutorial video from us, we will teach you to disassemble and clean your machine to keep it in optimal shape

9) How long can I use it
We recommend 8-10 hours a day
